The Technical Sales Representative will focus their efforts in a rapidly growing business market! We are looking for an individual to help grow our Brewing & Distilling Market. The responsibilities of this role are crucial to business success and can offer long-term growth potential for the right person.

Our ideal candidate will be customer service focus, have strong communication skills, carry an ownership mindset, have a positive attitude, and hungry to identify and tackle any issues or projects. We’re looking for someone who has a proven background in sales with strong mechanical aptitude, but we’ll train the right person who is willing to take on a challenge.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Grow and identify sales opportunities from existing customers through inbound leads, calls, onsite visits, lunch n’ learns, and outstanding customer service
• Support contractors and manufacturing reps with application questions, quotes, and technical support
• Grow and identify sales opportunities from prospective customers through business development activities such as social media engagement, tradeshows, networking events, prospecting calls and onsite visits
• Provide technical support and guidance to new and existing customers as needed
• Ensure CRM is up to date and accurate
• Complete special projects and initiatives as assigned
• Travel 15-25% of the time (including 2-3 overnights per month)

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Technical Degree preferred
• Clean driving record required and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel 15-25% including 2-3 overnights per month
• Ability to visualize and communicate equipment layouts and processes
• Ability to generate quotes and proposals
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check

Compensation:

• Base Pay (Hourly) - $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
• Individual Performance Bonus
• Sales Team Performance Bonus
• Company Profit Sharing Bonus
